Hi Soe, thanks for writing.
In order for scripts to execute when you have logged off, you will need to set AutoIntern to run as a service.
To do that, re-install AutoIntern and check the box next to "AutoIntern Service Module" in the page "Select Components".
You can install over your current version and it will not affect the data you've created nor your license information.
BTW, which version of Windows are you running?
